Today's Devotional, Psalm 4:4-8, "How To Deal With Anger?"

Today's devotional address dealing with anger in both the natural family and the Global Church Body of Jesus Christ. We must understand as people all over the world, anger first starts in the natural family.

I have been asked many times and have learned anger is a natural emotion that Jesus Himself express because of frustration, circumstances, and even the cup and cross he had to bear to death to gain a Spiritual transformation with life, authority, and power over everything on earth and in heaven. There are four things I have learned from experience you must do to deal with anger:

Steps To Deal With Anger:

  1. Express anger, we all ask "why," but don't sin against God's commandments and hurt people. (Verse 4)
  2. Release your anger, begin to mediate within your heart on your bed and be still. Control the anger, exam yourself and admit this just don't feel good. Don't react hastily to anger, but be still and seek the Lord for healing. (Verse 4)
  3. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and put your trust in the LORD. This requires a heart of prayer, thankfulness, praise, and complete dependence in Jesus. "Jesus really do understand." He will show up on your behalf! (verse 5-6)
  4. Plead to the LORD for His favor and light from "Heaven" to shine on you. Be at peace, and most of all sleep in the arms of Jesus for His safety. (verse 7-8)

The end result is the gladness and joy of the Lord even in the midst of turmoil.

"Remember, there is no experience you are going through Jesus did not experience. But, He overcame with
victory."

Be Blessed and stay connected to Jesus,
