Today's Devotional, Proverbs 15:3, Luke 11:34-36, "The Eyes."


"The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good." (Proverbs 15:3). #KeepyoureyesfixedonJesus

Why is it so important for the eye to be the main source leading the entire body to either produce light or darkness? There are four important reasons Jesus instructed in St. Luke 11:34-36, knowing the challenges and uncertainty He had as a follower of God. Jesus gives these words of wisdom:


Words of Wisdom From Jesus:

  1. The light of the body is the eye. We see with both the natural and the Spiritual eyes. Even a blind person can see light in the invisible when they are connected to Jesus. 
  2. The body will be full of the "Light of Jesus" if our eyes are fixed on Him in times of uncertainty.
  3. The eye will produce darkness if the eye is evil. This means the true color of a person will come out sooner or later if evil is present.
  4. Therefore, take heed that the light which is in you be not darkness. Guard your eyes, and continually take a self-evaluation. 


The eye is the main source to the heart, body, and mind!

So, My Beloved sisters and brothers, be not dismayed with the uncertainty, turmoil, devastation, and evil works all around the world. We must continue to keep our natural and Spiritual eyes fixed on Jesus. The only "True Source of Light and Hope" in this world. Jesus will show up and nothing is hide from Him. Stand fervent in prayer, in the Word of God, and be the "Light of Change" in this world.
