#MotivationalWisdom

“The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their food in the summer” (Proverbs 30:25)

There are only four things on the whole earth created by God which are little, but they are exceedingly wise. Today, we are going to talk about the “ant” because they are the only species compared to a people in the whole bible. The question presented, “Is what can we learn from ant’s?”

First, we must understand there are only three classifications of ant’s. The “queen ant” that produces life of colonies (estimated at one million) of ants per life cycle, “female ants” that are workers and protect the colony as soldiers, and “male ants” mate to reproduce life. There are over 12,000 different species across the world.

There are six important lessons learned from “ants” for both practical and “Spiritual” growth:

Lessons Learned From Ant’s

  1. Each classification of ant knows they have a specific purpose and responsibility to fulfill in life. “Servant-leadership” approach to succeed.
  2. They are worldwide and social in content because their strength is in the numbers, seldom will you find one ant alone working to prepare for harvest. This is what is called “teamwork”
  3. Ant’s realize they were given a special “gift” to detect the direction for the harvest and communicate it to the other ants without having eyes to see. “Use what you got!”
  4. They know the set time when together the harvest and strategically plan to reap the harvest even if danger is present and people dislike them. “Fearless” in nature
  5. Ant’s realize their life-span on earth is short, but yet work to fulfill their purpose with an anticipated expiration date. Average life cycles are only up to 10 weeks for females and three (3) weeks for males. “Leader” minded
  6. The queen ant realizes if she does not produce “life” the species will be impacted by death. Average life cycle one decade (10) years. “Vision minded” to produce life.

In closing, pursue exceedingly Godly wisdom as an “ant,” live with purpose, work together for the greater, live to reproduce with life, and stay vision minded. We all have a specific purpose in life to fulfill ordained by God. No other person on earth will be able to substitute your unique purpose. Only “you” can abort your mission in life.
