#MotivationalWisdom Straight-Talk Episode - The Unmasking

"But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light." (Ephesians 5:13)

Today, in examining unmasking, the context scripture in Ephesians 5:13, unveils the importance of knowing the light you represent, yourself, and the ability to evaluate oneself--\character in a crisis. A crisis manifests true character. Just reflect on this for a moment. Now, the definition of unmasking means to: 1) Expose the true character of; 2) Hidden truth about; and 3) Uncover.

What is it about masking that makes people feel uncomfortable? Perhaps, the covering which hides the facial expression or speech of association with slavery. What about the unmasking?

The questions presented: What has the crisis throughout the world revealed about you? What has the crisis revealed about relationships? Are you representing light or darkness?

  7. Evaluate biblical justice
  8. Evaluate injustice
  9. Evaluate what division is coming out of you
  10. Evaluate where you want to end up

Be the positive change needed in our current crisis in the world. "Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light." (Ephesians 5:14)
